We offer help for clients who may wish to invest in Malaŵi. We deliver tailor made advice to our clients on the legal and business environment and how they can protect their investments in Malaŵi. We are also able to advise our clients on immigration matters such as how to procure a residence and business permit.

The lawyers are passionate about human rights. Our work in the past has focused on the rights of sexual minorities. Our firm is currently involved in public interest litigation in the High Court of Malaŵi which is testing the constitutional validity of Malawi’s penal laws which criminalise consensual same sex sexual practices. We have also been involved in research and litigation in the areas health rights in partnership with the Southern African Litigation Centre. We have also provided consultancy services to the Parliament of Malaŵi on the Access to Information Bill.
